Thank you for shopping with Thermoparts LTD. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience meets your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Period:
You may return eligible items within 28 days from the date of purchase. This returns period does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@thermoparts.ie or call (01) 456 9930 to notify us of your intent to return an item.
2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Statutory Rights:
